Information flowing smoothly through all areas and departments of the company has always been a priority for GAMBÍN. This is our way to keep the entire workforce aligned, whether they are employees, owners, collaborators or suppliers.

During this previous year, the company has taken determined steps to enhance the knowledge of all the activities and processes carried out every day. Our new website has become in less than a year a fundamental tool for learning about GAMBÍN. Our social media networks, through which information is shared constantly, contribute to the dissemination of the brands, products, initiatives, achievements and tasks of our workforce.

This month, the company has made an important improvement in terms of internal communication: the premiere of Digital Signage. A system consisting of large screens distributed throughout all the facilities (reception, office, meeting rooms, production plant, dining room, etc.) that continuously broadcast informative content of interest to anyone that comes across them.

Throughout different communication formats, such as infographics, explanatory videos, news capsules and short interviews, a complete overview of the company is offered. This means that absolutely all of the company members have instantaneously at their reach current company regulations, recommendations for workplace safety, objectives, KPI's, company successes and knowledge of different markets and clients.

Our Digital Signage system is now operational and is helping to share the security protocol that both employees and visitors must follow due to the alarm declared by the Coronavirus - COVID19, rising high awareness rates among the workforce.

Currently, the network consists of eight screens that can be updated in real time, individually and remotely from the GAMBÍN Communication Department. Among them are those of the Canary Islands offices, which will be increased shortly with the incorporation of other points in facilities and markets of interest, both national and international.
