BRC certification: food safety guarantee

At GAMBÍN we have a strong commitment to food safety. For this reason, we hold the BRC certification, which guarantees the healthiness of our products. This is a complex system of measures and protocols that are carried out according to the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).

All the departments of GAMBÍN work in coordination to meet the objectives, involving both employees and collaborators with a clear purpose and goal: to guarantee the quality of our citrus fruits.                            

Our food safety plan is managed by a multidisciplinary team that includes the following areas: quality, operations, logistics, administration, sales, human resources and communication. To carry it out, we ensure that the following requirements are met:

1. Cleaning and disinfection, pest control, maintenance, personal hygiene, pollution prevention and allergen control

2. Description of each product and its intended use: raw material, ingredients or additives 

3. Flowchart diagram of the processes of each product, from its selection to its distribution.

4. Surveillance system for risk analysis and measures to control and eliminate risks
