They demonstrate their knowledge and experience in GAMBÍN packing techniques, and are oriented to select only those pieces of fruit which perfectly fit and shine as unique in the final packaging.

It doesn’t matter if it loose or packed goods, everything is treated with the same detail and professional consistency through a thorough manual selection process. Working in a capacious warehouse, the GAMBÍN packing team use their hands to confer to the fruit the projection it needs to reach any global market.

Through an initial selection process on the packing line, where all undesirable pieces are discarded, only the best units will reach the packing stations. The process is completed by labelling methodically the finished product with all the required information from the origin of the product to its final destination, this to enable its mandatory traceability.

It is the labelling team’s job to close the packing line’s process by affixing to each product the GAMBÍN quality seal in an orderly fashion with the corresponding label, before it leaves the warehouse to travel to its destination.
