They have antioxidant powers, in addition to their high contents in vitamins and other properties. Pineapples are diuretically helpful. They are famous worldwide for their anti-aging capacities. This fruit can be of great help for different infections, it can be used in addition to other remedies against sores, arthritis, rheumatism, gout and sciatica, amongst many other health problems. It is a great ally to ensure a robust health.

Pineapples are a seasonal product. Around this time of the year, pineapples are the star of many tables. They are now at their best maturity point and maximum flavour. Whenever possible, it is convenient to consume products in their optimal season, and for the pineapple that means towards the end of the year.
